P&G is a company of leading brands. We are focusing on 10 product categories with about 65 brands. They play to P&G’s strengths of consumer understanding, branding, innovation, productivity, go-to-market capability and scale. Across the 10 categories, P&G has 21 brands with annual sales of $1 billion to about $10 billion. Well-known brands are Pampers, Head & Shoulders, Gillette, Always, Olay, Pantene, Ariel, Swiffer, Braun, Oral B, and Venus.

Our products are sold in more than 180 countries and territories primarily through mass merchandisers, grocery stores, membership club stores, drug stores, distributors, e-commerce, high-frequency stores and pharmacies. We have on-the-ground operations in approximately 70 countries.

We are focused on strategies that we believe are right for the long-term health of the Company with the objective of delivering total shareholder return in the top one-third of our peer group.
