Creating Dialogues on Innovation
Waltraut Ritter is a member of EWMD for more than 15 years. She has founded the EWMD Asia-Pacific some years ago and lives in Hong Kong for more than 10 years. She is an expert on Research and Knowledge Management, focusing on cultural aspects and legal frameworks. Her focus is to give an insight in business thinking, Innovation and behaviour in Asia and India. The works as a professor on Knowledge Management at the University in Hong Kong as well as in Mysore, India. As a researcher she does surveys on trends for the Economist.
EWMD Members have already experienced her expertise in creating conferences and events last year, when she organised the Learning Journey for Shanghai. She is currently organising the next event Learning Journey to India.
In this workshop Waltraut will give you an interactive experience about what hinders us to be innovative. The will work out the thinking patterns, believes and rejections of the participants towards change, a basic step to create something new. She uses the Dialog Cards of the tool Medici Game, created by Celemi in Sweden. Get inspired by the exercise and learn about yourself and others.
Please note that your registration is binding, due to the fact that we need to charge a small fee in order to pay our key note speaker. The fee will be made payable upon entrance of the event if not transferred to our bank account before. An invoice will be handed out to you at the Workshop.
