Registration Information

Please register for this conference online on this page. The registration is only valid, if the amount is transfered to the EWMD bank account at least 1 week before the conference. Deadline for all registrations is 01. November 08. Early Bird is only for Portugal till 5. September  (due to vacations time).

We will hand out Your participation confirmation and a receipt of payment at the conference registration desk. Thank you.

Please note that we have a cancellation fee for sign ups: 25% of Your conference fee with cancellation four weeks in advance, 50% one week in advance; 100% one day before conference.

You can register to this congress as a guest. We will not bother you with any emails.
If you register as an applicant to our network, we will invite you to further events and keep you on our mailing list. The status applicant tells us your interest in becoming a member.

If you decide to become a member of EWMD International, you need to contact the local network (Germany, Italy, Spain or Portugal). Every country has their own system and regulations. But for all is interesting: If you join now, you pay 50 % of the annual fee and can register as a member to the conference.
