Ana Paula Reis is the CEO and co-founder of SelPlus – Serviços e Gestão de Vendas , S.A., a company dedicated to the creation and management of specialized sales force teams.
Born in Lisbon in 1966, Ana finished her undergraduate studies in 1990 with a degree in Business Management (Organização e Gestão de Empresas) by Instituto Superior de Ciências do Trabalho e da Empresa (ISCTE).
Having started her professional career at the Portuguese branch of Mars Inc. (by then called Effem de Portugal, now denominated Masterfoods), joined the Management Team in 1993, leading several departments in Portugal and Spain: Planning, Operations, Finance, Grocery Sales Channel and Category Management. In 2000 becomes Sales and Marketing Director for forumB2B.com, the e-commerce initiative of EDP Portugal and Galp. In September 2002 starts her entrepreneur journey launching SelPlus, S.A..
Ana has an MBA by IESE Business School, in Barcelona.
