Cláudia Goya

From 2006 to 2008, Cláudia worked in GALP ENERGIA as General Manager for the Lubricants Business, responsible for managing a P/L of over €100M and a team of 90 People, Managing  Sales/Marketing with partners (wholesalers, retailers), the Lubricants industrial plant, the R&D Product laboratory, and the logistics and exports. Since 2003 in GALP ENERGIA, Cláudia started as Distribution Network Director. In this role, she was responsible for managing the marketing and sales aspects of GALP petrol stations and convenience shops. Among other things, she was involved in launching premium products, designing new convenience stores and setting up the car maintenance centers.  

From 2001 to 2003 she worked at ONIWAY 3G Mobile Operator, as Commercial Director of Residential Business Unit and her major responsibilities were marketing, sales and communications area of that Business Unit. In the marketing area, she worked on the brand identity and defined the communication / media strategy, and designed advertising and promotion campaigns. In the sales area, she developed the strategy for the distribution channels, set up the agent’s network, defined the business model per channel, and developed the retail concepts per kind of shop.

From 1994 to 2001 Cláudia worked in Procter & Gamble, having started in the Portuguese Marketing Team. She had several roles as Assistant Brand Manager and Brand Manager. In 2000, Cláudia Goya broaden her responsibilities becoming Business Unit Team Leader for the Iberia Haircare Division being responsible for a multi-functional team in Portugal and Spain, including areas such as  Marketing, Commercial and Logistics. 

Cláudia Goya has a MS degree in Physics Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico.
