Isabel Cantista

Isabel Cantista is a teacher of Innovation & Technology at AESE. With a PhD in the Management of Innovation by the University of Sheffield, UK.

She has worked as a Human Resources Manager and Marketing Manager in Sonae Group, in Portugal. She has taught at the Catholic University and Universidade Lusíada do Porto. She is a Senior Research Fellow at CEPESE – Centro de Estudos em População, Economia e Sociedade of Universidade do Porto.

Her interests of research are focused on the management of innovation and fashion marketing. Her recent publications include: (with Andrew Tylecote), “Industrial Innovation, Corporate Governance and Supplier-Customer Relationships” in Journal of Manufacturing Technology Management, volume 19, nº 5, 2008; (with Francisco Vitorino, Paula Rodrigues and Sónia Ferreira), “Values and Fashion Consumption of Working Women in Europe”, 7^th International Congress Marketing Trends, Venice, January 2008.
