Member of the Steering Committee of RSO-PT (Portuguese Network for Organizational Social Responsibility)
Teresa Duarte has a Master in Community Psychology and a BA in Social Policy. Currently is the President of AEIPS – Association for the Study and Psychosocial Integration - an NGO that aims to promote recovery, employment and community integration for people with experience of mental illness. She also teaches in ISPA - Higher Institute of Applied Psychology. Under the Equal Initiative, she has carried out work with several NGOs, employers and Employers Associations to promote employment for different groups in disadvantage situation and diversity values and practices. Currently, she on the board of the Portuguese Association for Supported Employment and on the steering committee of RSO-PT (Portuguese Network for Organizational Social Responsibility).
