Ana Isabel Dias, aged 37, is Manager of the Human Resources Department – Leadership & Development of Portugal Telecom since June 2009. Previously Ana Dias was Manager of the Corporate Business Development Department from 2006 to 2009 and Manager of the Quality & Internal Process Department from 2004 to 2006. Prior to joining PT, Ana Dias was Consultant at McKinsey International from 1996 to 2003 and Consultant at Fordesi from 1995 to 1996. Ana Dias is a graduate from “Instituto Superior Tecnico” where she studied Technological Physics Engineer and holds a MBA degree from INSEAD.
