51 Mio people in Germany use smartphones, 54 Mio do online shopping, 221B€ revenue worldwide is generated by the digital economy in 2014, 50.000 new jobs by start ups in 2015, more than 60% of future jobs are not existing yet, 4 from 10 employees do home office, new business and working models are arising.

Changes like digitalisation, automation, big data, crowd working, social media are changing business and life dramatically!

In addition generations are changing and request different working styles:

Generation Y employees expects to work with flexibility, searching for sense in working, want empowerment increasingly important and corporations are struggling to find answers through less hierarchy, networks , modern ways of communication, collaboration and leadership. Silicon Valley and start-up companies provide inspiration 

All this demands “New Ways of Working”:
