Microsoft Deutschland

Microsoft Germany has been a member of EWMD for several years and supports the network through different events. On a number of occasions the regional group was invited to the Microsoft office, to hear about human resource policies and diversity.

In 2008 Microsoft won a special award for equal opportunities as part of the well known competition "Best Employer of the Year". In several media Microsoft female managers have been interviewed in order to report about the companies approach to supporting them.

Microsoft's 10 EWMD members are active in several regional groups in Germany, including Munich, Stuttgart, Rhein-Main and Berlin and it is a pleasure to see the active engagement of our employees. The company also has a number of inhouse activities like a global women's network, women's conferences and virtual webcasts, online training as well as some local groups.
