EWMD International invited Marit Hoel to speak about the Change in Norway. In Brussels she gave a lively presentation on June 20th at the 25th  International EWMD Conference. EWMD members had celebrated women in business and politics who had been visible the last 25 years and shaped believes and became role models.

Das Karusell dreht sich - und zum Glück ist eine der wenigen weiblichen Vorstände in Deutschland nicht völlig abgetaucht - sondern glücklich bei der BASF gelandet, allerdings nicht mehr als Vorstand.

Erst Hartmut Mehdorn, nun auch Bahn-Vorstand Margret Suckale. Die Deutsche Bahn hat einen weiteren prominenten Kopf verloren. Suckale, einst Personalvorstand der Bahn, wechselt zum Chemiekonzern BASF.

ArticleFEMALE LEADERSHIP AND FIRM PROFITABILITY (EVA in Finland)

The findings of the EVA Analysis indicate that a company led by a female CEO is in practice about ten per cent more profitable that a corresponding company led by a male CEO.
