Today - March 7th - one day before 100 year's celebrations - one good article in the German Handelsblatt: Thomas Heilmann wrote a long article about the "Glass Ceiling" and makes very clear: Whatever they do in the companies, the Glass Ceiling exists. And the German Corporate Government-System as such is resistant for change. In Germany the time of a board member is the longest in Europe.
