Last October 24, 25 and 26, women leaders from around the world were gathered at the prestigious Four Seasons Hotel in mid-town Toronto for the 2010 TIAW Global Partnership Forum, "Making a Difference: Collaboration and Connection", a thought provoking and inspiring program focusing on making connections to further your career and building relationships to effect positive economic change for women in Canada and around the world. Sessions on entrepreneurship, microenterprise, women on boards and corporate leadership.
It was also a great ocasion to honor the award recipients from six continents who have harnessed their passion and determination to take direct action in support of the economic empowerment of women, whether they are well-known women or "unsung heroines", from world capitals or the smallest villages with the 2010 TIAW World of Difference Awards.
My presentatin at the Global Forum with the theme "Effective Leadership for Corporate Sustainability" is attached.
