The way we live and work is constantly changing. Major trends like globalisation, as well as environmental and technological factors, increasingly affect the way businesses operate, and how people work. Since 2002, the annual Flexible Working Survey - designed and managed by Global WorkPlace Innovation - examines the way people work across Europe. The findings provide businesses with fresh insights of how to align HR, IT and workplace strategies to changing working practices.
