"Diversity at its best" Best practice sharing conference calls

"Diversity at its Best" is a form of exchange for Members and guests who are interested in sharing experiences in successful diversity & inclusion approaches in companies. We invite experienced managers from different kind of companies (from big corporations to medium size business) to present and discuss with you their practical know-how. The exchange is mainly addressed to representatives from Corporate Members and Members who either work as managers in this area or are interested in this topic for professional reasons.

For the next conference call in this series we have invited Gudrun Sander from the University St. Gallen to present her findings in measuring success in the field of diversity management.

The dialogue will focus on the following questions:

  • Which indicators can be used to measure success of diversity management?
  • What are the most significant indicators?
  • Which kind of reporting is reasonable?
  • What are the advantages of benchmarking?

Gudrun teaches business administration at the University St. Gallen in Switzerland with a special focus on diversity management. As Director of the Competence Centre for Diversity & Inclusion at the Research Centre for international Management she is the head of a variety of projects that aim at improving strategic diversity management in companies. She has more than 20 years of experiences in cooperating with top management positions, boards and managers and is known for her publications in the area of diversity management and strategic management in NGOs.
